Inadequate Call Center Agent - Consumer Complaint for Aramex Bahrain

Called to request a pick up for a return shipment to Namshi. The return request was already created and paid for by Namshi. The Call Center Agent (seemingly Jordanian Girl) handled my request poorly. I provided her with the return collection shipment number (32900408726) but she insisted that I give her the “RETURN PICKUP Reference Number” which I don’t have! This is generated by Aramex. She said “no, call Namshi to give you the pickup reference or you must pay for it yourself”!!!!! I re-iterated that the pickup request is already paid by Namshi and that all I have is the return shipment number (she can use it to search for the rest of information on her system but she refused). I asked to speak to another agent. She said “hang up, and call again if you want to speak to someone else”, which I did, and another agent helped me well.
I’m reporting the inadequate agent for training purposes because I had another poor experience with her in the past (I recognized her by voice). Please give her proper training or hire adequately professional staff. Her experience and communication skills are extremely poor.
