Poorest Service in Service Industry - Consumer Complaint for Aramex Bahrain

I am having a very bad experience due with you guys. we did a big mistake to deal with Aramex. No one is responsible, no one is answering the calls, there is nothing called commitment. From Sales Executive to Sales Manager no one is responsible.
