FIBER RELOCATION Not done since Nov 2020 - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

I do not know which way or who to contact further with regards to my Vodacom Frogfoot Fiber.
This is my last attempt. In Sep 2020 Frogfoot came to install my fiber before installation I informed the lady who contacted me that we will be moving End Nov 2020 and is it worth putting in the fiber she said yes as we are paying for this service but she will forward a RELOCATION FORM which I received filled the form in and return the form on the 30th Sep 2020. (PLEASE SEE ATTACHED) Emailed to: 082***@vodacom.co.zaFTTHReloc***@[email protected]
In Nov 2020 I contacted customer service to ask about my relocation and when new installation will take place the consultant confirmed that he will ALLOCATE the request. There after I kept phoning customer care 0821904 and kept getting the same answer WE WILL ALLOCATE etc.etc and empty promises. 

I then came through to Marlon Rooi who requested I forward my relocation form  through to him and he will take care of the matter. He will also CC all parties relevant to this request manager etc. as he cant understand why this matter has not been attended to and one of the managers will contact me till date I have received no reply from anyone. when I sent him an email again he "chopped" me off and told me to contact customer care. I mean he was the person I sent my details through to phone calls. Please see attached)
There after I still kept phoning customer care spoke to Devin,Enzil,Notsie and honestly a few other consultants before Malon Rooi. This was all in Dec 2020
After speaking to Notsie I was so mad I decided to leave the whole matter and see what comes from my last phone call to date nothing. It's unbelievable!!  But still my account gets debited, how so? as I do not even have a FIBER POINT so Vodacom CAN see no Fiber was used.
On the 19th Jan 2021 I sent another email. This time I received an SMS and a Service Request email. SMS confirming the email was received and a consultant will contact me. It is already the 28th Jan 2021 and till date no reply or phone call regarding this matter. 
I am now requesting  an explanation and feedback with regards to my Fiber that has not been installed as requested numerous times and replies on my emails and phone calls. 
If I do not get service or a reply with regards to my complaint by the 7th of Feb 2021 I will be contacting another WIFI company to install a new WIFI point for myself as this matter has and is costing me a lot of funds on DATA, I can no longer afford this and this is the reason why I signed up for your product but ever since I have just had numerous issues.
I am highly disappointed and furious with your service. I request that this matter be taken care of immediately!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I await your reply ASAP!!!!!!
