Good day
I had the joy of waiting 45 minutes in a line this afternoon to pay my Vodacom accountant your Wonderboom Junction shop in Pretoria North.
There were 6 employees in the shop 5 of whom were busy with queries and new contracts and no one on the till? How can a shop not have a designated employee on the till on mo th end?
During my 45 minute wait in line at your Wonderboom Junction branch 4 other people wanted to make a payment but couldn't stand in the queue for that long.
My 4 children, starting at 8months was so irritated and bored from the long wait in the heat (first 20min outside then Inside the hot shop)as is to be understanded.
Then when it was my turn an employee, Given had to first answer his private phone call which also took forever and when I asked his whether they were going to help me now he verbally attacked me infront of the whole shop with clients.
The more I told him that it was ridiculous that they didn't have a teller during month end, the more he chipped in an said no one was going to help me unless I apologize to him.
There is no way that I would do that as I had the right to be upset about them not having a teller.
Who do he think he is??
A client then asked another teller to help me as she could see the children was not happy and it would be quick as its just a payment.
I have never in my life came in contact with any shop employee who was so distasteful as this Given.
He's a arrogant fool who doesn't know the first thing about how a buisness work or how to treat clients.
I would like to know how this Given and the shop who clearly do not have a good Manager wil be reprimanded.
The same time I would like to thank Wingtip Vodacom who is always helpful and I never have to wait longer that 5min in theyr shop.
Theyr service is always great and they don't mind going the extra mile for your clients.
