IMPOSSIBLE TO PROCESS EXCHANGE - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

Vodacom - Head OfficeI recieved my upgrade on 15 June, the phone has an out of box fault that needs to be replaced. I have called numerous times and am promised every day to get an exchange of my phone but still nothing. I am extremely frustrated and still do not have a functioning cellphone.
