Our Chest Freezer ordered through Lazada was delivered yesterday by your personnel.To our shock, there was a huge dent on the chest cover. Now we can't use the freezer which is supposed to be used to store the frozen goods which we are to use for all our orders for Dec 30-31 and Jan 1 2020. Now we have nothing to ise and we are bound to loose our customers and food business. The driver no longer responds to our messages and calls after dropping off the item. We also shared our complaint to Raffy Tulfo in action Team in hopes that we will get the justice we deserved because of your personnel's neglect of duty.
