It's 3:45PM and a delivery man called me saying he will deliver my parcel since office hours are done, I asked what will happen to my parcel and he rudely said that "Wala tayong magagawa jan" I asked if they could deliver tomorrow and he responded "Hindi kami sigurado - titignan namin" again, rudely. I needed confirmation so I repeated my question twice but he hangs up the call without even saying goodbye, instead, he said "madami pa kaming idedeliver" with a high tone. It was so disappointing, this is my first time to choose ximex as my delivery courier. A huge disappointment. This is the tracking number of my parcel XSW000000198185. Please! Address this kind of people who destroys your reputation. Attached is the number of the person who called me.

Our Chest Freezer ordered through Lazada was delivered yesterday by your personnel.To our shock, there was a huge dent on the chest cover. Now we can't use the freezer which is supposed to be used to store the frozen goods which we are to use for all our orders for Dec 30-31 and Jan 1 2020. Now we have nothing to ise and we are bound to loose our customers and food business. The driver no longer responds to our messages and calls after dropping off the item. We also shared our complaint to Raffy Tulfo in action Team in hopes that we will get the justice we deserved because of your personnel's neglect of duty.

I have all the photos and videos that can support my complaint.

My paid item bought from Lazada never reached my house when XDE delivery guy promised to deliver it within that day. A1a0 days later, inspite of contacting dith no reply from Xde, i see at Lazada tracking page its been returned to warehouse. Its been sitting there for 10 days now. No customer service, tracking page doesn't update. No follow up.
