It's 3:45PM and a delivery man called me saying he will deliver my parcel since office hours are done, I asked what will happen to my parcel and he rudely said that "Wala tayong magagawa jan" I asked if they could deliver tomorrow and he responded "Hindi kami sigurado - titignan namin" again, rudely. I needed confirmation so I repeated my question twice but he hangs up the call without even saying goodbye, instead, he said "madami pa kaming idedeliver" with a high tone.
