I call your customer agent to book a pick up but sad to say no pick up man arrived. My god super delayed na ng parcels ko. So Tumawag ako ulit para manghingi ng update. Jusko yung agent nyo parang di alam ano ginagawa nya. Walang siyang alam. Please lbc train hard your agents. Di nila nasasagot ng maayos mga tanong ko at mukhang lahat antatamad sumagot ng calls. And please sana pag nag confirm kayo ng pick up ng ganitong araw sana pick upin nyo hindi yung papaasahin nyo customer nyo. Mygad lbc!!! Super nakakadissapoint kayo.
