It's nearly 6 months now and we haven't receive our claim for my Mother's life plan. How come it's taking long?

9 months passed...still waiting! Even this complaint site has not feedback to me...this is not good..payments done ages ago and always on time but how come it's difficult to claim our own money....is this company a fraud? Better make action because I am not joking .. I will raise this concern to higher authority...I may not be the one having this problem ...where is the terms and condition bound in this agreement.... do action!
