CONVERGE is charging us for November and December bills eventhough we didn't use their internet service. Since October 25(Typhoon Quinta) up until now(December 15), their internet lines were unavailable and yet they have guts to collect money from their subscribers here in bicol. I also have uncredited payment for my October bill and i already sent them my screenshot of the payment receit but it's still not reflecting in my account. I also created several report tickets in their app but they are just taking it for granted. No action and no resolve at all. SHAME ON THEM!
