I am a frequent user of Foodpanda. It was the first time for us to experience this last Monday, January 18 2021. We placed 2 different orders, both were cancelled saying it was the incorrect address. We always double check on this and we order more than 3 times every week using the exact same address without any issue. We never got the food however they still billed and charged my account and refused to issue any refund.

Spoke to several different customer support agents on chat and email but all they can say is "order cancelled, no refund" They refuse to listen or check what the real problem is!
