Failure to Deliver Items. Redirected items 75km away for pick up of customer - Consumer Complaint for LBC - Head Office

LBC - Head OfficeThis has reference to the item I sent thru LBC Marquee Mall branch last Sept. 20, 2020 bound to Cabagan, Isabela. After 6 days, I constantly tracking the item until I saw that the item was received in SM Cauayan City for pick-up. Cabagan to SM Cauayan is more than 75kms away. There are LBC branches near that area (San Pablo and Tumauini) to include Cabagan. I've been calling the customer hotline several times but to no avail. Already sent several messages in the email but failed to respond.Follow up on TN 181379517889....

Comment Were you able to get your parcel? Something similar happened to me and it is stil in transit for 37 days...
