Selling a bad quality kitchen set at a price of R8000 and accusing us of negligence - Consumer Complaint for OK Furniture - Head Office

We purchased a 3-piece Radiant Kitchen Scheme on the 08/06/2020.I complained to the store within 30 days that the cupboards is peeling and the top was lifting and bubbles was appearing. It's been a month already and nothing happened. The manager came to our house and saw the condition of the kitchen set. She took fotos and e-mailed it to the supplier.I'm still doing rounds to the shop because I want i refund which they refuse to give because they accuse us of negligence,they are saying it's because of water. What proof do they have that its water and how can the damage of water be affective so quickly?They want to give a new kitchen set which we refuse because what if the new cupboard is giving me the same problem. The manager (Natasha)that's assisting me and doing what she can but she does'int always have answers to my question. She gave me false hope that i will be refunded but then the situation suddenly turned to a new level.Im very disappointed for the money i spent on this kitchen set because its definitely not worth R8000. I don't know what to do anymore.
