Stolen money - Consumer Complaint for Clicks Store - Head Office

I made a purchase at Clicks in Century city at till number 8 using my card, I received an SMS to say the purchase has been done how ever I was then told by the manager I need to re-do the purchase because the money is not showing on their side, they asked me to reverse the money on my side I then told them this is going to cost me bank charges if I reverse the money, they then told me to do a second purchase..I proceeded to do a second purchase this is when I get a second SMS to say another purchase has been done the lady at the till tells me my first purchase should reverse within 24 hours. And yet money has not been paid back to me I have the SMS to that two purchases went off from my account so I paid twice for the same items, the lady at the tills response was this usually happens how can you tell a customer that. This is so unprofessional I have been shopping for years at clicks and this has never happened you guys are thieves and if my money is not given back to me I will be taking this further.
