Useless consultants on your customer care lines - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

On Sunday 14 March i used the my vodacom app to purchase R100 water for my prepaid meter. I got an sms stating the the purchase was unsuccessful. I called through and was told i will receive an sms with the email address to send screengrabs for my banking app to show the money came off along with a screengrab of the my vodacom app but by Monday morning i still did not receive any email address so i then called in and was given the eshopsupport email address and was told to send the screengrabs there so i did. I called back again yesterday Tuesday 16th March and was told that no email was received, I explained to them what had happened and was informed that i was given the wrong email address but they would follow up on that email and get it sent to them. I then called back again this morning from 8am. I have called through 14 times and each time the phone gets put down in my ear.
My 4 children have not bathed or brushed teeth since Saturday along with myself. I am now sitting with an absus in my mouth because of not being able to brush my teeth and am left with R5 in my account so i can not go to the dentist to fix my mouth, my 4 kids have been missing out on school and as a Nail Tech working from home i have lost out on R3000 worth of business due to no water. I have no transport to go anywhere and no money to get anything i can not leave the house at all cause i have not showered and this is all down to lack of service on your side. I will be going through to Cart Blanch as well as social media regarding this issue and the extra costs that i now have to find money for to cover all the extra issues that have arisen because of this including my dentist bill that will be sent to you guys to pay for as this is all on you guys.
