Contract wasn't cancelled when I cancelled it - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

I cancelled a contract of mine in Desember 2020, they told me to rather migrate to a smaller packadge. The migration was never processed. After several calls and emails, they told me now, they cancelled the contract. But I still have to pay every month. They said I will get a refund, because it was their fault and not mine. But that didn't happen, and now customer care doesn't answer any of my emails

Issue seems to have been addressed, have received a credit on my account, will monitor to ensure that the third number's billing no longer reflects, as per the statement, three accounts have been billed for this month
