Was told I get three months free as a special offer and now I am juts disconnected - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

Firstly we were lied to when we took the contract and told that our service will be up and running the same week we signed and then three weeks later we still had no service. We were lied to numerously by the call centre staff and told that it will be sorted and nothing was actually done until after new year. I wanted to pay via eft but was told I am not allowed cause then I will not get the offer either so I signed a debit order form and was told the first three months are free. I was never debited cause obviously I was told three months free so it was no issue. Now after three months you just cut my service and tell me I did not pay for three months. Does this makes sense at all??? How can you if I was supposed to pay not debit me for three months then tell me I did not pay you??? You gave me an offer and now want me to pay for the three months surely if you did not give me this offer you should have contacted me the first month already for payment and should you not have debited my account???

How does Vodacom do business?

I need this sorted ASAP I was told it will be sorted by this morning and nobody even contacted us.

I am seriously considering contacting the Ombudsman as there is no way you can do this to people

Speak to my husband Andrew about this matter on 071 471 2765 as I will loose my temper with you guys
