Request SR200909-658031 We requested the relocation of our fibre line on the 9th of September 2020. On the same day we submitted our completed request form. The Consultant on the said day and many others Consultants told us that the installation will take place within 30days. After numerious phone calls and follow ups we still do not have a set date for our installation. The Consultant today told me the installation will only take place before the end of October 2020. This is rediculous !!! Paying for a service that you don't even have.
