No signal at new residence contract cancellation - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

I have moved to Kimberley on a farm 20km outside Kimberley during July 2020.
There is no Vodacom signal at the farm only with signal booster installed by us privately.
My contract will expire during April 2021
I logged a complaint already for the first time on or about September 2020.
I was informed that I could do an early termination without cancellation penalty if it is found by a Vodacom network agent that there is indeed no signal. I battled with getting someone to visit the site and finally in Decemebr an agent or representative of Vodacom visited the site who confirmed that there is no signal, he will do his report and that we can move forward from there.
I have followed up several times out of my own without any feedback forthcoming from Vodacom and was informed today that it seems that Vodacom is in the process to upgrade a tower, which may resolve the problem. No time period, no sorry for the fact that I cannot use my phone properly, just a promise that someone will phone me and advise on progress. Also that there may be credit passed. I cannot continue like this MTN has full coverage and I wish to merge my number to them.
Please urgently give me proper solution as I cannot merge without cancellation and I am being prejudiced.
