Using derogatory words in messages delivered through text by rider - Consumer Complaint for FoodPanda - Head Office

My issue is about the rider that delivered my order from Master Buffalo GSIS PUP Condotel just minutes before I am writing this complaint to you. I specifically instructed that the food is to be delivered at 8:30 pm but he arrived minutes earlier from that. The thing is, I was not on my phone at that time because I was finishing a report I had to submit so I wasn't notified that he got there earlier than what was instructed. When I finally received the order, upon reaching my house, the rider texted me and I quote: "wag na ho kayo oorder pag bobo kayo magturo ng bahay nyo sir" Is that the way you choose your riders? I don't deserve this kind of treatment. I am tired, I want to eat good food and I just lost my appetite when I read his text. Nobody deserves that kind of treatment. I believe that if you value your customers, you should address this issue as soon as possible. I suggest putting your riders' names online so that we know who to specifically complain about next time. Thank you.

You can actually get their name po for using the chatbox sa rider. Just keep on message the rider thru app para mapilitan po sya magreply then pag nagreply na sya dun po lalabas yung name ng rider if he is on the way na. Please note po na di makakapag reply si rider hanggat di pa nya napipicked up yung order.
