Not cancelling contracts - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

Contacted Vodacom to cancel my two contracts with them. After paying the settlement amount and receiving confirmation thereof including confirmation of cancelling the contracts, my bank account is still being debited. Customer care says it is not their problem as cancellations did not put through my request to cancel and Customer Care will not assist me.

I have the same problem, now lodged a complaint against vodacom
