Bought an item on 16 December 2020 and went to refund it on the 17 December 2020 iam very unhappy f - Consumer Complaint for PEP STORES

I went today to pep store in heidedal Bloemfontein to exchange an it the service that i got was very unpleasant and the staff is rude to be honest they don't know customers service i wanted to exchange an item that i bought in waterfront i spend more that R1000 in waterfront and 1 Jeans was to small because iam staying heidedal near by i decides to go an exchange the item i didn't get the size of the item and i decided to do a refund the cashier just looked at the slip and asked the next cashier if we dont have this jeans in store we won't be able to refund the cashier next to her reply and say go and asked the manger but anyway the manager went to the bank so i will have to wait for her so i did asked them since when can't you do refund on certain ietms tjey reply and says because it will get markdown and the manager said so the cashier who help me just carried on helping other customer will i was standing there for more than an hour the supervisor in charge was listening to the 2 cashier and replied in sotho saying she musy help me that's why called the manager in waterfront and i did explain to her what happened she was assisting me over the phone she was the one calling me and explained she will help me and i thank her for the service because the staff ib heidedal didn't even consider me as a customer because the time when i called head office and request the branch number they refuse to give it the service in pep twin city mall is very bad why is there a supervisor if she is listening to the staff she didn't even bother to vome to an explain what happen i was in pep store for more than an hour no one helping because of the manver that went to bank after the manager of waterfront called me i went to the supervisor and asked how long must i wait she replied and said is the manger rule they can't help me the service was very bad and i will never put my foot in pep in twin city again they treat you like you are nothing the part that makes me angry is i have the slip the item is having a price on there was nothing wrong with it the supervisor name Grace and staff named kebo they must learn how to treat customers. The item was for kids.
I will to thank the manager from waterfront Bloemfontein who assist me over the phone and the lady from customer care
