Hi Team LBC,

I've been waiting for an update/resolution for my issue, it's been more than a month now.

I still haven't received the total payment of my client amounting to P2,244.00.

Packaged was received by my client in Olongapo City last June 22, 2020 and payment was made. The transaction was Cash on Delivery and LBC should have deposited the money in my Bank Account.

I called after 1 week since I haven't received the payment. I was told by your representative that the transaction should only take 2-3 business days.

I was told that a communication was sent regarding my issue. After a week, I called back and was told the same thing.

I called again after a week and was told the same thing, that an email communication was sent out regarding my issue.

But up until now, we still haven't received any updates and the payment has not been posted in my bank account.

I also sent multiple chat communications but was receiving the same response and no resolution at all was provided.

We would like to know when my payment will be posted specially with the current situation the we are all in right now (pandemic).

Hopefully this gets resolved as soon as possible as I've done my part already.
