ORDER RETURNED TO SENDER - Consumer Complaint for LBC - Head Office

I received a text message last January 23, 20221 (Saturday) and it says, " We will deliver your package today. Pls. prepare exact amount of P246.00. For queries, call 02-8858-5999. Thank you. (Trackingno.:98100002157586)." I was not expecting them to deliver the item since I know that LBC do not deliver packages outside Virac, Catanduanes. Plus I was in Bagamanoc on the 23rd of January so I cannot pick up the item. On the 25th I forgot to claim my package at LBC Moonwalk, Virac, Catanduanes. Today, January 26 around 1pm I went to LBC Moonwalk, Virac to claim the said item. I was informed that the package was sent back to the sender yesterday, January 25, 2021. I asked them why it was sent back already? It was just the 4th day (including Sunday) since I received their advisory bout my package. She replied that the package arrived on the 20th of January, she doesn't know why I received their text message late. I asked again, why did not they inform me that my package will be sent back to the sender? The supervisor replied, that they sent me a message but ?I did not just received it. I asked for a proof but they cannot provide any.

Please fix your problems about items for delivery and Late advisories Moonwalk, Virac, Catanduanes Branch.
