Clicks has my money but is giving me stories - Consumer Complaint for Clicks Store - Head Office

I made a online order from clicks on the 1st of December 2020. I had ordered some stuff and amongst those there was 2 Christmas gifts for my husband and daughter. I had to contact them on 3 occasions to find out what is happening with my order and now I am being told I need to accept a refund which will take 7- 14 workings days . So where must I get money from to replace the gifts I ordered? This is not right and clicks needs to rectify this glitch as it was on their side not mine..or they will be losing a good customer and the rest of her family aswel.

I would like to thank the agent that helped get my order sorted and was sent to me in no time..thank you so much Carl I really appreciate your hard work and dedication.
