Bad customer service - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

I purchased a voda done mobile router at Limpopo Tzaneen Vodacom shop store no 22A (cargo G connection) at crossing mall 02/10/2020. I made it specific that i wanted a 4G router, the consultant assured me that it was a 4G .Her name is petronella cashier number 5 she’s short and light skinned. She Gave me a 3G I only realized when I get home. Today 06/10/2020 Im from the store the cashier and manager didn’t want to take responsibility for their mistake. I literally felt attacked The way they were so rude to me. I wanted an exchange or a refund they didn’t offer me any of these they were very rude i ended up leaving . I have the till slip and the router is in the same condition as it was when I purchase it. I need help the router will not serve any purpose as i wanted a 4G not a 3G.
