I badly need help. I called many times I lost my internet connection on sept3 technician came sept 21.I reported immediately called many times until now there is no rebate.Customer service always giving you hope that they will help you but they just want to escape.Oct 25 I lost internet connection again until now.I want to file a complain because no one seems to understand and no one wants to help me.
