J&T Express PhilippinesI would like to know why i have to pick up my item to the warehouse and i had to rent a car with the amount of 200 just to pick up those. I MADE MY PURCHASE ON 11.11 FOR ME TO AVAIL FREE SHIPPING AND DISCOUNTS.NOW, BECAUSE OF MY ITEMS ARE HUGE ITS MY PROBLEM TO PICK IT UP AND HAD TO PAY FOR A RENT JUST TO PICK UP THOSE. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. It should be yoir problem how you gonna deliver it to me because instead of me saving money i still had to spend another 200.i am so frustrated.
