Suspensing account whilst paid: Vodacom Notification - I0407326-7 - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

My vodacom is paid up to date. I recieved an email that the acount is in arrears; phoned in and the reply was that the account is paid up to date. I arranged to make the pay date the 10th of the month, and it was confirmed. Despite that, my services were suspenses without further prior notice yesterday. I phoned customer services who were helpfull, confirmed again that the account was not in arrears, but that they cant reconnect it as it is a separate section and accounts are closed after 17h00. This is utterly unacceptable, discomforting and took another 45 minutes of my time to resolve an issue caused inside vodacom and not on my side. It happened before and should never have happened. Please see to it that it will not happen again.
