I don’t ever complain about service but Today takes the cake. I walked in at Dischem Nicolway at about 5:40 and headed to the Dispensary- before even going to Dischem Nicoleway I check their trading times and see they close at 7 . After standing inline and later having a problem with the pharmacist not being able to claim my prescription from the medical-aid she calls a lady Leslie who I assume is the head pharmacist and she sorts everything out. I quickly go to get masks and on my way to the deodorant isle the teller calls me and say I need to go pay at this point its 6;20, i told her I still need to get somethings and she pulls a face. I went to get my deodorant but never got the shampoo or other things I need. I get beckoned to the teller and she said I need to pay with my card because she cashed up already. I asked her
why because they indicate that they close at 7 and she said its because of covid transport is leaving. I then get my card out and swipe, but because I was planning to pay with cash the card declined and I needed to try another account- at this point the teller keeps telling me transport is leaving I need to hurry. I have no idea if she heard my reply but what I said to her was the following “Lockdown affects us all not just you, I need to ask my boss nicely just to leave an hour and a half earlier just to come get my chronic medication so if you have a problem helping me at 6:30 you can go complain to your dispensary that is taking so long. Also dont put on google that you close at 7 and then leave at 6:30” i then asked for her name and she uttered something un hearable. So I looked on my slip now to check the name and it states Z.
