Worst shop ever!!! - Consumer Complaint for OK Furniture - Head Office

A few years ago I bought a freezer from the OK Furniture in Virginia, and there was a couple of issues, concerning the delivery. They sent the wrong freezer and refused to deliver the correct one on the same day. After what felt like days- 4hours to be precise - of standing in the shop the correct one was eventually on its way. After an argument with the manager that I eventually won, since he was wrong.

Then today on the 19th of June 2020, I bought a 13kg, Bosch Washing Machine, and after delivering it what felt like hours, I looked inside and there was no bottom plate, a part of the machine that must be connected, before operating the machine, he refused to send me the bottom plate. He screamed at me, a woman and I am saying this because of the ongoing struggles we as females must face. He even asked me what I think he must do... Me I am not the manager he is. I'm a pilote lady, who just want everything to be right, and then I get treated this bad by the manager, I am so angry. He now plans to send, after a huge and heated argument from his side with him explaining to me that I wasn't clear about my query and how he has more important things to do, after I explained what I want four times.

I expect of you to do something on your behalf, otherwise I will be taking this further. The way he treated his customers and the way he goes on is insane. I will be telling this to the community.
