Vodacom - Head OfficeGood day to management at vodacom compliance department I have struggled from june 2020 to get my contract to what I originally thought I would have, a sales consultant came to my house and asked me about my wi-fi I have been using and offered me a good deal 10 upload and 10 download price was good. He full in my application for viber line I have a contract with vodacom so they have all my details. The 29 July 2020 the rooter was delivered short after vuma tel installed the viber line. From the day the line was activated I query vodacom why is the speed so bad I never got a answer till in January 2021 the operator informed me that I have a 10 upload and 2 download line I immediately ask why it is I have a 10 up and 10 down line. I have been trying meny times to fix the problem for months on end, vodacom even send me another rooter noting solved the problem. I start to cancel the contract in February because I have no other option the cancelation has been approved (so10401-461922) I am waiting for object V T nommer from the 1 April 2021 I can't arrange for vuma tel to install the new line with out the vt no.
