Wrong outlet of delivery - Consumer Complaint for LBC - Head Office

My fiance sent addresses the shipping of my atm to dela rosa brance, Tanyag but when I follow up the said branch they told me that the items is in another branch and then they said that they will email a request to sent it back to dela rosa and then when I follow up again they said the Items is in the main branch already and cost me again 232pesos for another payment for the request of my Items...
