I should've received my parcel by now but then it says that it is unsuccessful and the reason is costumer is unavailable!
How come? I have been waiting for the rider to contact me ALL DAY! and I've also instructed my sister to receive it instead because I have work. Another thing is that my parcel was rerouted to other place. I mean why did it go to a different city when it already arrived in our province!
Please! I badly need that parcel!
