Hi,

I found out you gave me two different account number. You sent me the first one on July 10 with an account number 0020230836716.
Then on July 14 you sent me another notification but with different account number
0020230868649, which is the one reflecting on your website. I called your hotline last July 19 and I was advised that your billing dept will transfer the payment on the 2nd account (ending in 8649).I have been dealing with since July. When do you plan to refund me? I have filled out the form. Please give me my refund!!!
