Refund of initial deposit of 1500 - Consumer Complaint for Converge ICT Solutions Inc.

Paid the 1500 initial deposit before the installation. Got visited by the installer they advised there is no NAP so they could not installed the service of converge and i need to ask for a refund. Process the refund however till now no response in regards to when will they process it or are they already processing it?????
