I placed an order for a Fiber line at 39 Fairview Crescent, Milnerton Ridge, Cape Town. Vodacom assured me that there was fiber in the area and we then generated a order SO200610-076882 in June 2020.
I also received a rooter and LTE device within 2 weeks of the order and this was impressive.
After numerous call to find out where my fiber line is no one could answer, we are now approaching 6 months and still no answer. I am so frustrated, why cant you tell me you can or cant deliver the service and I can go elsewhere. I have spoken to numerous agents
