Refunding of payment for deposit - Consumer Complaint for Converge ICT Solutions Inc.

They collected my payment for the deposit which after a few weeks I was advised that they cant provide installation. I filed a ticket for a refund and after a month later, they replied. "We will endorse your concern to our concerned team for proper handling". 2-3 months later I still havent gotten a refund from these dicks.

And I have the same issue with this business. Refund was requested since September and yet it is already November and ticket is still open and long overdue.
