Account Activation - Consumer Complaint for Converge ICT Solutions Inc.

The line was installed on July 23 and I paid the fee of P1,500 for 25 mbps to the collector. It has been 17 days after the installation but I have yet to receive my account number, not to mention activate the line. I even went to their office in Guiguinto twice already. But the employee just told me to wait and it will be activated this week, next week, blah blah. Hope you can take action and resolve this issue the soonest. If not, may I just request for a refund?
