Cash back balance - Consumer Complaint for Clicks Store - Head Office

I tried to use my cashback balance of R208 today at Clicks Sunnypark and was told its R0 and it was used at Clicks Andries Street, Pretoria on the 11th February and that was not me. I don't share my card and on that day I was admitted at N17 Netcare Hospital.
