Delay in delivery - Consumer Complaint for Puregold - Head Office

Using Purego, before I placed my order they have a disclaimer message that due to surge of orders/ecq, delivery will take 3-5 days. Since this is understandable I still placed my order and was confirmed last March 24 (#3890/3738)After 3 days, i sent an email to check my order or follow up, no one replied even in messenger. 5 days after i again followed up my order, luckily someone respond and as usual the reply is “your order is in progress we are doing our best”. On March 30, they confirmed they will deliver w/in the day, I waited and still I havent received anything, followed up March 31, April 1, they always say they will deliver on that they, now its April 2, its the same sh*t i hear as their reason. Purego, you are servicing essential goods, imagine how may people are relying on your service. You could have monitored, control and manage all the orders, work only based on your capacity or means. Dont take orders if you cannot fulfill the delivery time, we are talking about food here! Dont give false hope to your customer saying you will deliver that day, imagine for 4 days because of your confirmation we waited and rely on grab food for those days? Dont be too selfish in taking orders, be true to your customers, if you cannot accomodate tell them so they can explore other online shops offering the same service. I am very very disappointed on your service, pinapaasa nyo mga tao sa gingwa nyo paano kapag yan nlng inaasahan nila para makakain?
