As per previous complaints with no success at all or the problem solved . Long story short here are the facts
We had fibre and when we took out the month to month contract. We notified the consultant that we might be moving to a bigger house so the fibre must be moved then to new house if fibre is available. Notice was given on 12 October with sr number recieved . Apparently there was n mail send out and we never recieved it due to the wrong email address captured . We dont want to cancel but simply waiting for fibre to come live in our area then we would proceed as normal . We went to a vodacom in Galleria mall and they told us that we are in arrears. We paid as per every month . I started complaining and one call after the other with numerous SR numbers . No success at all to get the issue solved . There is 2 contracts we want to cancel and the others as time goes by . Ladies from account dept called and say there is a system error and the account is up to date , but will lock a ticket again to be solved . So now my questionis due to the system error we must pay extra . For somethingthat has nothing to do with us . So it's the new month and yet we need to pay again for a extra month for contracts to be canceled. I cant believe that this is the type of service to recieve from a reputable company.i want this issue solved so we can cancel our contracts and deal with MTN that has been giving me good service over the years . Next option say we must give prove of complaint . Please note that I can only load one photo at a time and have about 15 screenshots of mails and complaints
