Fiber Conversion, Poor customer service - Consumer Complaint for Converge ICT Solutions Inc.

I had my service converted to fiber on Oct 16, 2020, and until now modem is not activated! 5 days and counting w/o service! Called tech support multiple times and they are not a great help. They just put you on hold for 20 to 30 mins then hang up!

Same issue,modem replacement since october 22 until now we do not have connection.
