I already paid april20 due amount of 1535 but no available soa until now then the bill of April20 due is increased to 1650 i though i have been paid the april20 bill of 1535 .. why is that happen ?

Comment Same, my plan is 1500 only, but my bill is 2544.35, I paid 2,100 but when I check the app, I have 569.35 amount due.
