Cancellation - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

Vodacom - Head OfficeWe have been trying to cancel 2 sub phones since July 2020. Every single month we call they tell us as soon as we hang up we will get a sms with reference number for cancellation which NEVER happens. It's now December, payments are still being deducted. We simply will not upgrade the 2 original contracts in March 2021. Thank you for your poor service.
