Item was delivered to a wrong address - Consumer Complaint for LBC - Head Office

LBC - Head OfficeFor almost a month my package was delivered to a wrong address and the couriers aren't paying attention to my calls and complaints. The package contains important documents that's why im always calling them for follow up. But every single time they will just get my tracking number and tell me they will do something but they're not!!! It was delivered and received by someone which is not from our company january 6, 2020 but until now its not yet retrieved and delivered to the right owner. And its already february 1, 2020 !!! So irresponsible.
