Receiving money - Consumer Complaint for LBC - Head Office

LBC - Head OfficeI suppoaed to get money from lbc but the line is so many and everytime i asked them they said no more money to give to us.how come no money and why is it your accepting money from our relative and were about to get it no money.and they have only 1 line for the packages and for the sending and receiving money .thats why it took so long to reach the counter .
