Online order - Consumer Complaint for Clicks Store - Head Office

Ordered 13 hairdryers to the value R7397.00 on Friday 16th October through the check out pro method.
On enquiring on my order I was told that they were waiting for payment. Proof of payment was sent and now all I am told is that the order/query will be escalated and that I must wait 72 hours for a reply. All I get from you is a reference number (17404488)!
This is totally unacceptable as payment was made in good faith and I need these goods by Friday the latest or I will need to have my money refunded.
It is now Wednesday evening 19.45 and I have no further insight as to what is going on.
Please appreciate that this needs to be resolved by tomorrow midday.
