Hi,

25th of September 2020 I did 2 online Sim only upgrades. The 1 is perfect. But the other one they keep fucking up with. I pay R152. 03 a month for a 10+10Gb bundle but I only received 3+3Gb again this month after countless calls and empty promises to fix it. Still after they said it will be corrected on November 1st, 2020 yet it is still 3+3Gb. I am getting tired of this. Being told a manager will call me back but they never do. Also they never fix the fucking problem they just bounce you around and ask dumb questions 40 times.

I want a full upgrade to the correct thing I asked. I also want the data that I was suppose to get for this last 2 months that I never received. I am tired of this shit.

If this is not corrected ASAP I will contact the press and release a statement of how incomponent you really are.

I will also post on all platforms I have. And I have a few thousand followers.
